While Subler’s initial platform was highly effective for early-stage validation, the interface and underlying user journeys were not designed for the level of sophistication required in their next phase of growth. We implemented Nylas to power flawless, real-time calendar synchronization and email integration—eradicating the risk of double-booking—and integrated Stripe to gracefully handle complex marketplace payment routing, variable billing cycles, and secure payouts.
