United World Colleges Indian National Committee had been running its admissions process on legacy systems, spending 100 to 130 hours every admissions cycle on coordination that should have been automated. Campus OS replaced the entire workflow: automated reviewer assignment, collaborative scoring, shortlist generation, and integrated interview scheduling, all built on a GDPR-compliant, microservices architecture with configurable piped logic workflows.
