Faculty at UWC Central Asia were using disconnected tools for assessment — some departments used spreadsheets, others paper-based systems. There was no standardised way to map student performance against IB standards, making accreditation reporting time-consuming and error-prone. The school needed a system that could handle continuous assessment, moderation workflows, and parent-facing reporting.
We built a real-time assessment platform that maps every assessment to IB standards and criteria. Faculty enter grades through a streamlined interface that enforces standards alignment, while the system automatically generates student progress reports, cohort analytics, and accreditation-ready documentation. The moderation workflow enables department heads to review and calibrate assessment patterns across teachers.
