Our founding team spent three decades building enterprise technology across five continents: navigation systems that became the standard for a billion users, entertainment platforms deployed by some of the world's most recognised media companies, and data systems that serve industries from cinema to commerce. That experience taught us something most consultancies never learn: what it actually takes to ship technology at scale and keep it running.

In 2020, we brought that product-building discipline to consulting. To offer something different: a partner that has lived on the other side of the table. We've been the product owners.
